Been attending lox for quite a while now & always have the best experience and come out loving my hair every time! This time when I attended I didn’t have childcare for my 4 year old so had to fetch her with me & the girls who worked there were just incredible. We were there for 3 hours and they all entertained her and let her eat all your Christmas chocs & sweets enabling me to get my hair done. You really are such a lovely team & I'm very grateful for you all! Thanks to Jill for always giving the best hair!!! (I know I’m a nightmare)

I’ve been coming to LOX for the past 4 years, and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! The staff are absolutely brilliant always welcoming and professional. I get my hair coloured by Jill and my extensions done by Emma; they both always give 100% and make sure I leave feeling amazing every time. I also take my son here for his perms, and they always do a fantastic job with him too. highly recommend.

These girls are as amazing now as they have always been, they really listen to what you want and there are no limits to there talent . Honestly I wouldn’t go anywhere else these girls have changed my hair so many times sometimes drastically because I have wanted a totally different look and every time I have loved the outcome , absolutely would recommend
