I’m on my boyfriends google account by accident but I went in asking if they could dye my hair to match my blonde/light brown extensions. The stylist confidently said yes and told me to come back the next day. When I returned, a different woman (maybe Becky?) said my hair might be too damaged and started doing test strands — after straightening and trimming my hair. She never mentioned any charge the whole time. Three hours later, the result was orange hair, nothing like what I wanted. I told her I’d just do it myself at home. **(Update: I used one bleach box and a highlight kit at home and got the exact look I wanted. No damage.)** As I was leaving, she suddenly asked me for £25 — for the “trim and straightening” she never told me I'd be charged for. I paid because it was awkward, but it felt like a scam. Another client got a full wash, cut, and blow-dry for the same price. **Warning: if they touch your hair, they’ll likely charge you — even during a consultation. Always ask first. Personally, I wouldn’t go back.**

Peter, got a wig for my daughter who has alopecia, made my daughter feel so welcome and it was a quick turn around from phoning to receiving the wig, thankyou so much, you have changed our lives for the better.

5 stars for the hair cut. Zero stars for the casual racism. Punch up, not down.

Wanted my hair only trimmed and highlights in them. Instead got my hair all shortened and full head dyed. When i specifically told them not to shorten the length and only trim my hair. Peter himself is fine and actually listens to his customer’s needs and wants but his staff is not very competent. Ended up with complete opposite disasterous result of what I asked for. Never going back.

This is our favourite hairdressers. The staff are excellent and are as adept with kids as they are adults. The prices are very fair. The salon is clean, but a tad on the cozy side. Walking in we've had to wait between 30min to an hour and a half, but calling at least a few days ahead has always gotten me a time that was convenient. The location isn't ideal for parking, which is why it doesn't get a 5, but it's also not their fault it just is what it is. Definitely recommend.
