After receiving a terrible haircut from another barber I went here to get in rectified. Staff were very friendly and professional and did a great job. Will be getting my haircut here from now on

Absolutely awful customer service. All staff members were extremely rude and pulled faces when I walked in to have my hair done. I was not told I needed to have a patch test when booking my appointment and was told this when I sat down in the chair. They continuously lifted my hair and were spreading it apart and commenting on the condition making me feel so uncomfortable. All 3 staff members were rude and dismissive of anything I said and I would not recommend anyone to attend this salon. They can just about manage a simple cut, even then huffing and puffing.

Very disappointed the hair consultant dyed my hair darker colour, No heat spray when straightening hair . Customer service needs improvement. Listening to your customer. There is no attention to detail. No patch test . No form filled in for contra indications . My shirt has permanent dye on which is ruined. No concentration on customer that they are treating. Very unprofessional . I am so disappointed.

Just had hair done with Sam, looks lovely, very pleased as always, staff are all great and really friendly, wouldn't go anywhere else 😀 xxx

Jess did my hair for my first visit she was very enthusiastic and suggested some different colours and would definitely recommend.
