I found the care I received before during and after my surgery to be excellent. The staff were informative and I felt reassured at all times . I was slightly disappointed that my family member wasn’t allowed in with me on admission or discharge as is practice in other hospitals

Had my surgery which was hysterectomy and prolapse repairs on 21st March. The care and aftercare has simply been outstanding from pre opp right the way through to my catheter being removed Tuesday 23rd April. All staff at Kinvara from reception staff through to nurses docs and theatre staff are friendly, polite and they really do put you at ease. I really would recommend Kinvara to anyone . Mr Singh my consultant, Mandela the RMO and all the nurses who helped care for me have given exceptional service , nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much , major surgery but felt like I was in a spa hotel would defo come back again if ever require surgery again in the future .

I recently visited the hospital for a full knee replacement, the staff were incredibly professional and supportive throughout. The nurses, consultant, anaesthetists and physio were all incredible and so conscientious. They have put my mind at ease and I’m reassured that I’ll be in good hands for my next operation for my other knee replacement. Thank you to all the staff for the top notch care.

Had a full hysterectomy on 23rd Aug, every member of staff I had the pleasure of meeting was lovely. Nothing was too much what so ever. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nurse call bells were answered asap. My surgeon Mr Singh and his anesthetic team were fab. Highly recommend Kinvara for treatment. Thankyou so much

I underwent a procedure yesterday led by Mr Rednic and his team. This was following an NHS referral (so I was there as an NHS patient) from my home 60 miles away. Everything ran exceptionally smoothly and every member of staff onsite took a dignified and patient-centred approach to my care. I was welcomed warmly by the reception team, who were very responsive to my partner’s questions. I’m quite an anxious patient when it comes to surgery and each person from the ODPs and nurses to the anaesthetist, doctors and surgeons did what they could to reassure me. I felt quite queasy and in pain after; the nurse in charge (whose name I am struggling to remember) addressed this swiftly. The doctor who discharged me (again, apologies for not remembering the name) was wonderfully friendly and had everything ready for me. At the end a lovely student nurse removed my cannula very gently and helped me take my belongings to meet my partner. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this facility enough and if I ever do require surgical care again I wouldn’t hesitate to go down the private route and choose this hospital.
