Excellent service at Rotherham Eye Clinic. Staff were friendly, explained everything clearly, and made the whole visit very comfortable. Professional team and great patient care — highly recommended!

29 times I’ve tried ringing since 9th July. It is now the 14th for a physio assessment. I’ve only got 14 days for them to book me an appointment. How can I book an appointment when no one answers?? Is there anyone that actually works here? Or can they not be bothered to answer the phone. It is beyond a joke.

Observing Andrew with my severe twins gives me faith again. So grateful for his care, compassion and dedication.

Been ringing for 3 days to make an appointment (38 phone calls in total) nobody answers the phone. Terrible.

No one answers the phone. Was told 2 months ago....(March 2025) to call to rebook physio appointment. The guy was going on holiday so his diary was closed off to rebook at the time so gave me this number to call to rebook from April onwards.... numerous calls most days, no one answers the phone, no e- mail to contact. Other physio community numbers dont link to this service so.... what on earth does this service do and how do you contact them.
