This is such a good idea, for those people who require a washing service. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness (on the floor), the amount of litter, the smell of urine just puts many people off. Its not nice doing washing with loads of litter and urine (in the air) about. Factually, a great idea, although, the public/customers let this service down by the uncleanliness that is apparent at this washing machine site, good service, just let down by the fact of people urinating/littering nearby. The owners should employ someone just to sweep/scrub the floor daily, or this site could become in disrepair. A shame because a great idea/service.

I've used these for over a year now and I've never had an issue. Being 24 HR is very convenient as the usual laundromats close around 5pm.

Beware, Large machine full of pet hair, i noticed it late and it has contaminated my clothes. Had to swab to use the small machine and only manage to wash half of my load. Poor maintenance. Im not impressed.

Easy to follow instructions, card payments only. It says contactless payment only but I used chip and pin. Detergent is included in the price. There is an option of a 9kg machine and a 20kg. There is a dryer as well. Washing cycle is 30mins Drying is 1-5kg is 20-30 mins, 30-45 for 5-10kg, 10-20kg is 45mins - 1hr £5.50 for a 9kg wash £11 For 20kg wash £3.5 for a 20kg dry
