Absolutely brilliant shop staff were really friendly and helpful, good information given about how to dry quilts properly. Will definitely be coming again.
Absolutely terrible disgusting behaviour came into this store the first time with my mother in law. This lady Shaun spoke to my mother in law so rudely despite paying for the service. My mother in law is a regular at this place and she won't be coming back. Absolutely shocking attitude and customer service. I would never tolerate this sort of behaviour. Honestly not sure how you running a store and treating regulars like this. Never experienced this sort of service anywhere shocking. I suggest the owner should start giving training to it's employees on how to talk to customers, if you have an issue you can say it nicely rather than screaming at customers. Unacceptable behaviour.
Great service and friendly, helpful staff. Perfect when you have a washing related moment of shame! Backlog cleared and only £30 spent!

Awful woman that runs the place, rude, very sarcastic and abrupt. No need when people are paying for the service. Go for the appliances. Not the customer service!
