I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at this watch shop deserves to be shared not out of spite, but out of genuine feedback & consideration for those that wish to attend here. I came in for what should have been a simple, routine service: A battery replacement. In fairness, to which I take into consideration, I didn’t ask a price and in return wasn’t presented with one until it came to conclude the request and receive the battery in my watch. What I left with was a bitter reminder that price and professionalism don’t always go hand in hand. Despite the expensive charge for a routine request, the service was careless, yet upon they tried to justify the reason and upon leaving I noticed they didn’t even bother to set the dials to the correct time after fitting the new battery. A small request, but one that speaks volumes about attention, pride, and respect for the customer. Running a number of private bespoke practices myself for over a decade, precision should be its language yet here, that basic value seems completely forgotten & expensive. It’s poor that a place dedicated to measuring time could treat a customer’s time with such disregard. This wasn’t just poor service; it was neglect in attention whilst charging for the privilege disguised as business. And that, more than anything can have a profound impact on the life time value of a returning customer, a brand and from humbling experience is what truly costs a company its reputation. Excellent place for a vast range of items from shoe accessories to key rings. The gentleman is quick and knowledgeable..I'd trust to come here again They've just begun stocking in real leather belts :)
