Key got jammed in the lock of my door the guy came two hours later and spent the next 2 and a half hours re along the doors and changing the gearbox and sorting the keep out he had the patience of a saint was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended and bet he's glad he's doesn't get as many pain in the doors as mine. Excellent 👍
Excellent service! The lock jammed on our shop and we couldn't gain access at all. Called Lock and Key, explained situation, and they got to us within 5 minutes. Gained access and replaced the lock quickly. Very polite and professional and the cost was very reasonable for a such quick response and fix. Thank you guys, very happy to recommend you! Really professional all round. I contacted these guys via their website on a Thursday evening about something non-urgent. They got back to me first thing on Friday and scheduled an engineer for Monday morning. They offered a rough quote so I knew what to expect. Engineer Terry was on time and friendly on Monday - he replaced a part and adjusted some fittings, explaining what he'd done and how to look after the door in the future. Eventual price was at the low end of the rough estimate. Very happy customer! I'll definitely use these guys in the future.
Great service from lock & key. After our french doors slammed shut they needed realigning. Rang Saturday evening and james came out Sunday morning on time and sorted out the issue. Doors now close so smoothly (maybe even better than new lol) will definitely use lock & key for any future issues and would highly recommend 5 ⭐
