Lock & Key Rotherham

Terry from Rotherham Lock and Key was fabulous. Arrived earlier than expected, was incredibly calm and friendly and explained everything in full as he went along. Felt very confident in what he was saying, what needed to be done and were given option to choose from. We decided on a full locking system replacement for our external back door as it was very old and we had been having problems for some time and it's like a brand new door. Key got jammed in the lock of my door the guy came two hours later and spent the next 2 and a half hours re along the doors and changing the gearbox and sorting the keep out he had the patience of a saint was very professional and friendly. Highly recommended and bet he's glad he's doesn't get as many pain in the doors as mine. Excellent 👍

I rang Lock and Key after we had a problem with our wooden door lock. I spoke to Danny who managed to get someone to fix it the following morning as we were going out in the afternoon. Excellent service! The lock jammed on our shop and we couldn't gain access at all. Called Lock and Key, explained situation, and they got to us within 5 minutes.
