Called Joe when I couldnt get into my house. He arrived 15 minutes later and after a lot of stubbornness from the broken gearbox finally managed to get the door open and fitted a new lock. First class service and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

What an absolute star Joe was, he was friendly and helpful. Christmas Eve at night time and he came out within 20 minutes and sorted out the lock within no time. Would definitely recommend him.

Locked myself out and rang a locksmith who was busy and recommended Joseph. Was with me within 30 minutes and got me in but by replacing a lock that was 20 years old rather than the one which I was locked out from and only a few years old. A very good and cost effective solution. He was very pleasant, efficient, reassuring (Im a lady on my own) and cleaned up perfectly after his work. Done in a little over an hour and explained every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.
