Perhaps they're ok selling key tags or conducting some simple works. When it comes to shoes repair look elsewhere. I took my pair on Saturday to be told to collect on Sunday. I went on Sunday and the person gives excuse that he's not trained and asks to return on Monday. I went on Monday and another guy tells me he's not trained too. I took them with me and went to a local cobbler further away. Should have done it right away.
I attended the Rotherham Asda store today and was served by Ian, who was professional, attentive and courteous throughout my time in the store, when I went back to collect the new car key, he walked with me to the car to ensure the key fitted properly and worked.
Swapped me a battery in a car key this morning. In and out within 5 minutes! Polite, helpful and will 100% use again.
