Lily Nail

I don’t really write reviews but I feel the need too, i got my nails done on the 14th of October for the first time ever anywhere. Staff was rude, sighed at me and didn’t listen to me when I asked questions. Nail started coming off and was putting me in severe pain to the point where I had to tape my fingers together because any movement made me tear up. Ended up taking it off today (8th Novemeber) myself as it was on its last leg, it ended up ripping my fingernail off. Never coming back, horrendous service.

Beautiful nails, and staff are so friendly, not my usual go to for nails as I usually use another salon but will be my new regular

I'm only visiting Rotherham but desperately needed infills or to start from scratch, so I chose Lily's to go to. When I saw the sheer amount of colours and effects, beautifully laid out salon and experienced technicians I was already very impressed and happy with my choice. When I saw the super awesome cats eye effect, I was finally swayed away from my usual neon nails. Now I need to work out if I can visit Rotherham every month for infills because I have finally found the perfect salon! Really responsive and fast answers online as well. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and as I suffer severe anxiety, I was really grateful for the comfort. 1000/10

Had my nails done 1st time In years with lily nails in totherham as a treat as im going on holiday .Not happy with the nails 1 is wonky & 3 are flicking up and don't look right, had my friends and family say god yes you can tell,so I now have to go back and get the 1s redone as definitely don't look right.ive been back 2 days later from having nails done to ask if they would correct them 1 member of staff was lovely but the other nail technician was very rude & had a clever attitude towards me.she said I did not complain on the day ok I should have and regret it now but anyway the nice 1 said she would sort them but would have to pay again as to which I said no,I thought they would have been nice about it and done them for me free of charge,but that wasn't the case.The 1 that was nice said its how my nails ate but I stated it never done this b4.I.said to the 1 that was not so nice I said I won't be back here and will give a bad review.It was treat for my holidays but nos going away not liking my nails .staff should be like yes I will sort them you and this way the customer happy & would return in future. Visited for first time today. Never go again. Staff was very rude. Had nail gel on hands and toes. Staff wasnt friendly. Wouldn't recommend. Was very rushed
