Rosy Nails Rotherham Limited

i am absolutely livid about this. I’ve been to rosy nails 3 times last christmas this summer and this christmas. In summer i showed what i wanted and got a complete different colour and design this christmas i’ve tried again and a lot of them have broken off within 4 days and i paid £45. With it being christmas i’ve done nothing all week not caught it once and left them be and they’ve broke off. i have told the whole of my friends about this who go to rosy nails and they have said they won’t be going back and neither will I.

Nice staff but just realised i was told £52 and i gave £62 and no change was given as they were busy with a family baby . Just realised as ive sat down !! Im a nurse and had finished nights and just gave the money without thinking . I go here alot so ill be extra careful next time .

I’ve been going here for quite a while now and I can only think of great things to say about this place! Always happy with my nails, the staff are friendly and take great care of their customers! 10/10! 👍

My 13 year old daughter wanted her nails doing for our holiday. She saved her own money up to have them done. She went with her friend to have them done today. They are the worst set of nails I have ever seen! They have butchered her fingers, cut her, applied wonky nails and have damaged them whilst doing them. £40 for french tips! Her friend had nail art on hers which cost £42. They originally wanted £50!!! I went back with my daughter to complain, but they weren’t interested. My daughter has been left in tears. Now we need to go elsewhere to have them soaked off and reapplied. Absolutely appalling customer service! Avoid!!!
