As a local Google guide my words don't lie. I make sure my reviews are honest and trust worthy. The guy behind the tills is so rude I actually felt like it was a race problem. I've filled up from this station over the past 12 years. Used every pump in the station but today it seems like the guy only want me to use 1 that he particular wants me to use and not the one I alway use. I've never been talked too in this manner befor over a pump so I will not be using this garage again and I will be making sure I tell others about my ordeal from this garage. He wouldn't tell me his name so I can't even state who he was. This is the guy in the picture if you can zoom in.

Very rude attendant amd very agresive. I asked why he did not challange 4 young lads about wearing masks as the huge sign says its mandatory. He said that I should not be bothered about it and the sign was to make people feel better. He filmed me driving off which was very disturbing and raised doubts about my card and personal data security.

Found out this morning that they haven't gritted part of their fourfourt where lorries need to swing in onto the premises. Because of this, I was stuck midway blocking the forecourt and part of the road. which with a fully loaded trailer at 44ton is an extremely tricky position to be in. I did ask if they had any grit but was only offered water! and when it's-3 outside I didn't feel was the best advice. So any truck drivers I would say avoid on ice nights or snow days because their fourcourt isn't safe, and you will most likely cause damage or injury to someone.

Very rude staff, I was ignored upon asking for a toastie then shouted at to do it myself. I needed the toastie to be warm for my sick son waiting in the car. The lady then walked away from the till muttering (don’t let me kick off!) and didn’t want to serve me, just remember in this world we’re living in life is too SHORT! you never know what one is going through if they asked for Help! #bekind#behelpful
