Fantastic Pharmacy with great staff. They had the medication I needed when others didn't, tbh i was flapping a bit but Abby in Rotherham Centre sorted me out with efficiency and a smile. I particularly want to mention Joanne and the lovely guy (who's name Ive forgot😬 My apologies) for being great at their jobs and having great customer service skills too. This is definitely one of the best Pharmacy's I've used and I've used a LOT👍 Edit. Ignore the silly email address. Actual name is Lee Winter.
Just called the Abbey pharmacy. 111 referred me to this pharmacy. Spoke to Mandy. Mandy was very rude, disrespectful over the phone. Wasn’t listening to anything I was saying.
My mum has repeat prescriptions quite often from this pharmacy and on more than one occasion has been reminded of how much different tablets cost. She pays her taxes and to be treated like this has upset her and she has now changed Pharmacy's. The staff here need to think before they make comments about there customers. Disgusting making elderly people feel so bad.
The BEST CHEMIST in Rotherham hands down. I recently relocated up here and after experiencing bad customer service elsewhere, my prescription got sent to these lovely people. I suffer with social anxiety issues and sometimes run into problems whilst in public, however from the very first moment l walked into this chemist, I felt at great ease. Absolutely first class staff who greeted me with comforting smiles, and followed through with fantastic customer service. These guys really go above and beyond for you, and never struggle with getting my prescriptions ready on time. I changed my nominated chemist to this one for a reason, and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. KEEP UP THE BRILLIANT WORK ABBEY PHARMACY. ❤️
This place is a joke booked in for vaccine sat in waiting area after time had passed asked at counter to be told we don't vaccine in today so questioned why did they not send a cancellation? So the did it then 10 minutes after my appointment as I was leaving the pharmacy 🤣
