They gave my prescription (which was a controlled drug btw) away to someone else. They couldn’t tell me who and they couldn’t look through their cctv to check who had taken it. Absolutely disgusting, I’ve got MS which means I can’t go without my pain medication but they didnt seem to care. I’d not been to this pharmacy for a while and only had my prescription sent here as it’s closer to home, never again!!
I've been using this pharmacy for the last few years and never had any issues at all. Staff are friendly, they're quick at processing prescriptions, and send me a text to let me know when they're ready. I think some people are reviewing a different pharmacy?
Terrible Customer Service, quite rude!! They never answer the phone!!
I have always found the team here exceptionally helpful. They are often dealing with difficult prescriptions I know some problems are caused within the doctors surgeries missing bits off the orders made. I recommend them and I for one am grateful for all the work they do keeping me alive.
After travelling from Scotland I realised I brought with me 2 pill boxes with night medication and no morning...Raghu got me sorted by phoning my practice to get strengths and I had prescription handed to me in no time...I am eternally grateful for helping me 1 to remain calm and 2 for providing excellent service looking after every patient and customer who comes through your doors...Will visit on my next trip south...thank you again
