Dr's issued repeat prescription to this pharmacy in error. Arranged delivery of full prescription for this afternoon rather than forward prescription to my regular pharmacy. Half 5 no medication received, tried telephoning & lines keeps disconnecting. Unreliability by Lloyds is why I switched my pharmacy in the 1st place 😤
Honestly couldn't ask for better service! Arrived at 5:45pm so knew we were pushing our luck, got seen to right away by the consultant. Been ill for 3 weeks and got given a prescription quickly and effectively. Top quality service, thank you and I hope this makes me feel better!
I had a problem with my prescription delivery due to me being away and my partner working. After ringing the pharmacy Dan took control ringing me back and we rearranged it. He was courteous and efficient. Excellent service.
Fantastic pharmacy and prescriptions ready the same day! Always helpful on the phone and in store, nothing is too much trouble! They offer a wide variety of services, and a well stocked shop!! The staff here are fantastic, I will not go anywhere else!
