Good Measure Pharmacy, Travel Clinic & Weight Loss Clinic

Was referred by NHS 111 as my clinic was closed the whole day, suffering with a nasty chest infection caused by the flu. I told them on the phone that I have been referred and they kept arguing with me that they can’t help us with anything even though they had a pharmacist in. Was a young girl on the phone and she just kept saying it’s their protocol and they can only help if they get my gps information. I told them how can I be prescribed anything if your pharmacist needs to check me first for a diagnosis! (Bear in mind I have been updating my own pharmacist and he told me I definitely need antibiotics as my symptoms are worse and it’s been 4 days! I called NHS 111 back and told them everything that happened and the man on the phone said they can’t refuse me as I have been referred!! I pay my taxes and can’t even get urgent medical care! I even asked to speak to someone else and the girl said that they would say the same thing. Absolutely disgusting services if you can even call it that. Edit Update: They had the audacity to ring me the next day and say I have been referred. My care was urgent last night as I have Pneumonia and got better medical care through a doctor after my 3rd 111 call. Finally have antibiotics that were needed desperately yesterday. Didn’t receive no apologies from this clinic. (Bare in mind when I needed their help it was still open hours and they could have easily helped me but chose not to). You need to train your staff on NHS procedures properly.

very unsatisfied with this service and have escalated concerns. I will leave them to deal with my complaint

Went recently with my friend who had a nasty bite on her leg . Staff so helpful pharmacist took her in room straight away and gave her antibiotics

Was recommended by adult social care to try this company - rang them twice each time noone seemed bothered. Then stated they don't cover any other areas despite seeing their vans in my area. It's a example of computer says no all over again shame as it's reputation was very positive but seems I am not the only one with this experience.

This is the second time my elderly mother in law has had her nomad prescription sent incorrect. The most frustrating thing is that each nomad had been signed twice indicating that it had been checked over by two others signing it off as correct. Such mistakes could cost lives…. Please make changes.
