Been using them on and off for many years, can be absolutely slammed one minute and totally dead the next. Used mostly by people visiting the GP next door. Can't say I've had any issues or problems with them. Limited parking outside.

Terrible pharmacy Queuing to the door and staff chatting to each other. So disorganised and unhelpful. Poor customer service.

Great staff, always do a good job, taking on more responsibilities as doctors take less. Yes, sometimes takes a while as they are busy but that's in no way their fault. Keep up the good service you do for our community 😁

Staff are horrendous and extremely unprofessional, especially the short haired one. Zero customer service skills, always look like they can't be bothered when serving you. Even made fun and complained about a customer when they left and it was audible to other customers waiting. Tried asking them a question about medication and even got told I was "stupid" for asking a question - isn't that their job to answer such questions?? Plus it seems the pharmacist is never in to dispense.

I have been due my medication for nearly two weeks now and I cannot contact the store. I have tried literally every day and the phone just rings and rings and rings and then I get cut off. If there is a problem they need to let people know as I'm actually suffering genuinely bad now as a result of suddenly having none of my medication. At the very least answer the phone so people aren't left in the dark getting progressively more ill due to no meds. It made me post at least one star :( seriously not good enough.
