This has been my chemist for over 15 years. Their personal and professional service has always been exceptional. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and always go the extra mile. They're all so patient and helpful. Had an issue once with my GP sending my prescription to wrong pharmacy and the item was out of stock there. Mohammed helped me sort it out and personally delivered it to me out of hours. Thank you for being so caring and reliable.

Just moved here from weldricks and let me tell you there's no comparison. Prompt service,friendly smiling staff, didn't have to wait 5 days for a prescription so bonus. I highly recommend

My family have been with Rotherchem for many years as they look after us well. I recently changed my GP and the doctor's receptionist got my details mixed up. Rotherchem kindly sorted it out by speaking to both my old and new Dr's surgery. The chemist also made sure I had enough medication to last me. I wish they opened on weekends too but I understand staff need time off too and have a healthy work-life balance. This isn't really much of an issue as the chemist personally delivers medication to me. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic. Happy efficient staff. Quick service. No problems. I previously used Weldricks in Brinsworth but I've had enough of them for various reasons so decided to find another chemist. Saw some people recommend Rotherchem and gave them a try. 10/10 👏👏👏
