Been to a&e and doctor I had seen at the a&e recommended to get chloramphenicol from the pharmacy. Asked for minor ailments and got charged is my 1st complaint. Then she sold me eye drops that wouldn’t work for the section of my eye that is infected. And she refused to sell me chloramphenicol. Since when has a pharmacist been higher than a doctor?? I said I can get it from any pharmacy. So went to my local pharmacist and said exactly the same thing I told this pharmacy and they gave it me no problem. 1 star rating is generous to this Rowland Rat pharmacy.
Wednesday went to collect my husbands prescription from your hospital chemist,one item had to be ordered,the assistant said come back in a couple of days,so Friday I looked on line to see if you were open as it was good Friday,the website said open,hours may vary on good Friday,we travelled to the hospital to find it was closed,no notice on the shutters to say when it would be open, complete waste of time and petrol, plus the assistant should have told me not to come on Friday as it would be closed,therefore my missing item would not be available till Tuesday, after Easter,that's a week after he'd seen the doctor,shocking ,
This is the hospital pharmacy and they are extremely helpful and kind,great experience.
Very bad service 😒 still waiting for medication from a week ago. When you have been sent by relevant department by the doctor sends this prescription to them . Not happy they make excuses
