Tesco Pharmacy

Place repeat prescription in on 10th December just been to collect 5th January. Tablets not ready. Stood 15 minutes in a line of people to be told you will have to wait another 15 minutes because your prescription isn't ready. Absolutely useless

Female weekend pharmacist rude, beyond rude. Accused me of being an addict and called me a liar! I have no idea why she has taken against me but absolutely Zero customer service skills. Doesn’t listen, talks over you, tries to embarrass you by shouting your personal business out in a busy queue and shop environment (zero discretion or warmth) and has no problem disregarding anything you say. This person needs retraining at the very least. Will never use again. Incompetent and chip on her shoulder.

Staff are rude and poorly trained, they would rather stand and argue with you. Iv had waits of over a week here always a que of people waiting for prescriptions to be made up too.

Awful experience, never used before. Prescription sent at 1530 Tuesday and went to collect Thursday at 1830. Prescription not event printed or sorted. They have lost 4 members of staff, like thats my issue.

I'm frustrated.... I did order our prescription from my GP Monday morning. I went to tesco chemist Sunday morning. Only one for my son ready prescription. I ask her where mine & my husband prescription. They check at computer 🖥. She said me my another medication out of stock and forgot my husband prescription Oh heck. I told her we need medication ASAP because our medication ran out. Come on and wake up
