Winterhill Pharmacy

In 2023, I made a complaint, which the Pharmacy agreed was justified, due to numerous issues, some very serious. It was a very stressful period when dealing with the Pharmacy. Since my complaint, I can now state, with massive pleasure, that Winterhill Pharmacy has become a phenomenal establishment. Under Kamran's fantastic leadership, the Pharmacy has completely turned itself around. Winterhill Pharmacy is now an incredibly reliable, trustworthy, highly efficient outlet. Given the complex, serious health issues affecting me and my mum in particular, but also my dad to a lesser degree, the turnaround in how the Pharmacy is operated is an enormous relief. I would also, on behalf of me and my family, give special praise to Winterhill Pharmacy's courier; Ian. Ian is absolutely tremendous. He is equally as reliable as the Pharmacy itself. Nothing is ever too much trouble, he's very friendly, he delivers without any issues whatsoever. Given the vast amount of important medication we need on a very regular basis, which often requires prescriptions several times each week, to be able to rely on Winterhill Pharmacy's delivery service, and especially Ian's delivery standards, is such a huge relief. We don't drive, and there are a lot of personal issues relating to even leaving home. However, Winterhill Pharmacy have been an absolute godsend in this aspect, and we cannot thank the Pharmacy, and Ian, enough for their invaluable delivery service. In 2023, one of the main issues was with staff attitude. I can safely say that this was fully resolved by Kamran, and the staff employed now are simply superb. Nothing is ever too much trouble, they go above and beyond what is expected, they're very caring, they interact very well, their communication is excellent, and they're extremely helpful. Me and my family are so grateful for this massive change, which has made for a really welcoming Pharmacy over the last few years. Honestly, overall, Winterhill Pharmacy has had the best turnaround I think I've ever seen. From the enormous issues we were all experiencing a few years ago, the Pharmacy has now become easily THE BEST Pharmacy in the area. Thank you to Kamran for his outstanding leadership and dedication in turning things around. We are extremely grateful for your efforts Kamran. Thank you so much to Ian for his brilliant delivery efforts. Thank you to all of the friendly, caring staff now employed at the Pharmacy, and anyone else I may have missed out. Kamran is genuinely one of the best pharmacists I’ve dealt with. He’s professional, patient and always willing to help. You feel looked after and informed every time. Thank you for the great service!

During the Christmas period the medication for my mother was a 2 day turnaround but I needed it ASAP. I had heard good things about Winterhill Pharmacy so asked for my medication to be sent there. The medication was sent, done and was collected in under an hour. Winterhill is now my nominated pharmacy and it hasn't let me down. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is so lovely and a breath of fresh air compared to other ones in the area. The staff are kind, friendly and always are willing to help out. They usually never run out of medicine, and if they do it is always available a few hours later or the next day. the other products they sell are also priced cheaper than other places
