Really happy with the work, gas cooker replaced with new and improved 5 gas cooker, and refitted and sealed sink, bath and undersink cabinet. Even looked into a small leak for me. very professional and clean. Great price too, would recommend to all and will be using again.

We hired Drew to fix a leak under the sink in our kitchen a few weeks ago and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I called, the communication was clear, friendly, tidy and professional. He got the job sorted and have not had the leak since repairs. A few days ago, we also hired him to fix another leak in the ceiling under the walk-in shower in one of our BTL properties. As usual, he arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was done efficiently, the workmanship was top-notch, and the price was very fair—no surprises or hidden fees. He always goes the extra mile to tidy up afterward, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and genuinely committed to quality service. We highly recommend him. Drew came out at short notice over the Christmas period after we had issues caused by another plumber. Drew was here within an hour and got our heating working again. He also came back the next day to replace another part that had been broken. Drew was excellent, friendly and answered every question I had. 5 star service and will be using going forward!

Really pleased with the professional and honest service from Drew. I rang in the evening with a leak coming through the ceiling. No big call out fee which we were worried about. Where do I start! From the very first phone call I was put at ease! Very helpful, respectful, clean, tidy and above professional! My previous plumber let me down thankfully, otherwise I wouldn't have found Drew, because the level of service from Drew is amazing. I suffered a stroke and while ago which has impacted on my memory and general health. When my heating failed and I called aquatic, Drew was here within the the hour because I was classed as high priority (which im eternally great full). I ended up needing a new boiler which was expected as the old boiler 16+years old, but aquatec fitted it the very next day which was new years eve. Once again thank you so much 🙏
