I recently had PC Kelly install a new air conditioning system in my home and I couldn't be happier with the service. From the initial quote to the final handover, the team was incredibly professional. They helped me choose the right unit for my space and the installation itself was seamless. Brandon and Ian arrived right on time and worked very efficiently. I was particularly impressed by how tidy they were—they used floor protectors and cleaned up every bit of dust before leaving. Highly recommend!
Just had air conditioning installed by Ian from PC Kelly’s plumbing & heating. Could not be happier. Not just for the extra heat but from start to end. I knew what was going off every step of the way, they worked around me and my family. They were polite, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job fitting it with little interruption to us.

Ryan from PC Kelly came out to our house within 24 hours of contacting them to assess and diagnose an issue with our heating system, which meant we had no heating in the coldest snap of the year so far! I was expecting some major issue but Ryan, using his clear expert knowledge, quickly spotted the problem and sorted it there and then. He also spent time explaining more of the system to me that will help us avoid the same issue repeating. First class service from both the office staff and Ryan, rapidly helping us out in our time of need, despite this being the busiest time of year for heating engineers. Very highly recommended. A+++
I had my bathroom done by these not only did they fit it all they designed it all too, and it still feels like I'm in a posh hotel spa place every time I use it. I love it; they also completed a massive upgrade to our heating system, which was something like it was from the 60’s but now is much safer and easier to work would recommend these guys for anything you need doing. Staff are brilliant and respect your property at all times.
