It's open until 5.30pm and more reliable than ferham post office to be open. Staff are very polite and quick to get the que down as it's a very popular post office as it accepts parcels, sending and receiving. They accept Evri and a few others. They also have great products and a great selection of sweets. The school kids are always in.

Dropped a parcel off with tracked 48hr delivery and still says it's there package value £500 been numerous times and asked where it is to get told phone royal mail DONT USE FOR HIGH VALUE PARCELS

When the lady cashier is on, you won't have any issues. But the Asian gentleman that works here, you may have issues. I always ask for the same thing: package sent first class tracked/signed for. The lady is fine and does this for me every time. I've been served by the man 3 times. The first 2 times, he, possibly deliberately, tried to upsell me to next day special delivery (twice the price of what i ask for) without my consent. Just quoting me twice the price I normally pay and sticking a special delivery sticker on before I can say anything. I called him out on it both times. The third time, I asked for first class signed for/tracked as normal, and he tried to send it regular first class with no tracking information or signed for. Again, possibly deliberately based on previous interactions. Definitely gonna avoid this place in future.

Everytime do I go in this post office is there either a queue 5 miles long with only one person on till or is it closed. Your official opening times are posting online yet I came in yesterday at half 3 & you'd closed early for the day. What's that all about!? Something needs doing about this post office, it's an absolute shambles. Bring Kat back she's only one that knew what she was doing.

An absolute awful place, bad service from start to finish. One person running the shop and post office at the same time so the queues are ridiculous. The opening hours are meant to be 9am to 5.30pm yet they shut at 4.40 and when you querie this fact the owner becomes abusive towards you.
