Sharon and Julie absolutely exceptional ladies helped me 3 times : with a special delivery letter and to collect 2 parcels. Brilliant communication, extremely kind, friendly, willing to help. A pleasure to speak with , an opportunity to receive their assistance. I was honoured to meet both of them , I felt lucky as a customer to be served by them. They are definitely assets for Post Office in Rotherham, where always I had very pleasant experiences. Both brilliant, kind and mannerly.

Excellent service! I had to complete a V62 form for my car, and Sara was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She explained everything clearly, helped me fill out the form correctly, and made sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Sara, for your kindness and great service!

Came into the post office today and was greeted by Tracy. I needed to renew my driving license and she was so helpful with the application process I really appreciated her help. If you are served by Tracy you are in very good hands.

I’ve visited the Rotherham branch today to renew my SIA security badge and a very helpful lady called Sharon helped with the process which relieved lot stress for myself sort the application out and Sharon was very helpful thank you once again Sharon.
