Ball & Waite lost several items of my mother in law's property including a silver necklace and a fairly new iron. They also dropped her mobility scooter so it does not work and also delivered 2 suitcases belonging to somebody else! They have refused to take any responsibility fro this or even investigate it properly.
The guys from Ball and Waite delivered our sofas on behalf of DFS. They were superb. They dismantled the sofas so they could get them into my home and reassembled them . Removed all packaging and were professional and patient with this delivery. Really grateful. Thank you.
Staff great put the furniture exactly where we wanted it nothing too much trouble used this company twice in a month would use again
