Rang a few times for tickets. Kept on saying we'll ring you back. Never did. I went elsewhere. Shocking customer service.
I recently booked an 8-day Vietnam package with New Apna Travel Services, and it was one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment we landed in Hanoi, everything was perfectly organized. The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout the trip. We visited beautiful and historic places like Halong Bay, Cu Chi Tunnels, Mekong Delta, and even had a full beach day in Vung Tau! 🏝️ The overnight cruise in Halong Bay was absolutely magical, and the hotel stays were clean, comfortable, and located in great areas. All transfers were smooth, and the staff was always on time and helpful. The tour combined nature, history, and culture so well – we truly saw the best of Vietnam! The price was very reasonable for everything that was included – hotels, meals, transport, entrance tickets, and guides. We also appreciated the clear communication before and during the trip. Very good service, will try there best to get you the best price they can.would have been 5 star if they could improve the office experience.. for example giving a cup of Tea or Coffee especially in this cold weather. Safyan is the man, straight talking and goes out of his way to provide the best service.
