We booked our trip to New York through the new shop at Parkgate Retail World today. Great experience all round. Louise looked after us. She was fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly with myself, mrs and kids. She is a star. Managed to get us booked even though flights were not readily available as of yet. And we got a really good price for what we got. Thanks Louise, we will see you again! xx
