Excellent products. I replaced all the stock bolts on my GT Sensor Carbon with Uberbike titanium bolts in the green anodized colour. Also their brake retaining pins (their SRAM ones are TRP compatible just for reference) and their tubeless valves too. They look great, the quality of the product is excellent, yes you can get much cheaper coloured bolts online but they're not even comparable to the Uberbike ones. Edit: I've now added more Uberbike components to my bike and can say the quality is just top drawer and they look fantastic. Flatout rotors front and rear, TRP Evo finned brake pads, 203mm post adaptor and Flatout alloy pedals all in anodized green. I also sent a couple of e-mails asking for a list of product weights and Andy couldn't be more helpful which is excellent customer service too.

Travelled from Sheffield to this bike shop as it was the only bike shop that could supply me with the part I needed. The best customer service by far, great product knowledge and very professional. Great quality parts at a really good price. Stock a wide selection of products and also Fitted the bike parts very quickly. Would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of bike parts or fitting of parts. All the staff were kind, friendly and approachable. By far the best experience I’ve had yet.

While adding XT M8120 brakes to my old mountain bike as part of a repair and upgrade project, I discovered some very helpful UberBike YouTube videos. These helped me identify my post mounts and bolts for the upgrade. This also caused me to temporarily lose control and buy added bike jewellery. Loving the end result, though, for performance and appearance. Service was super quick and prices are great. Very happy repeat customer.

Hands down the best support you’ll find, even from across the world. Uberbike was the only place I could find a gold hydraulic hose kit for my SRAM brakes, and their support went was amazing. When I ran into compatibility issues, they not only helped me directly, but even committed to developing part to make sure my issue was completely solved. Incredible communication, fast responses, and a real commitment to making things right. Easily the best customer service I’ve experienced from any bike shop. Highly recommend.
