The Stock Shop

Called in today as my husband was waiting for his prescription. I found a pair of blue trousers that were perfect for work. I carried on looking as I carried them around with me looking for a top to go with them. I was asked if I wanted to try them on and I said no they will be fine. Then the other assistant snatched them off me and said ‘leave them on here while you look round’ plonked them on the till and put her hand on them. I felt very upset as though they were implying I was going to steal them. It wasn’t a friendly atmosphere no customer service. Need less to say I walked out and went and spent my money in Marks and Spencer’s. I’ve worked in retail all my working career and would NEVER treat customers in this manner. Absolutely disgraceful!! They one get a one star as I can’t do a minus!!!

Browsing with my wife in our Rotherham hospital based store, I was amazed to see posters blatantly announcing a 15% discount, but only providing you are either an NHS or 'Blue Light' employee! I find this quite insulting to be excluded from this discount offer, as we belong to neither of these exclusively favoured groups. Perhaps it might have been better to keep this offer hidden. rather than rub our noses in the fact that we are disadvantaged by having to pay 15% higher for the same products! Incidentally, my wife is an existing customer, having bought various items from this outlet previously. Sorry. Stock Shop, you've just lost a customer....

I’ve been visiting the stockshop in Rotherham hospital for years as I love the stock. The ladies in there can’t do enough to help. I was looking for an outfit for a wedding and the staff member suggested a couple of dresses and encouraged me to try them on , I’m over the moon with my purchase. Thank you

Awful customer service when I wanted a refund on a top.was given a dirty look and felt it was a crime to ask for my money back.

Staff are unwelcoming and rude.
