I would highly recommend Michael Deehan to anybody needing any computer knowledge. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable but makes complex computer issues easy to understand for the lay man. I have worked with Michael on sourcing a refurbed laptop and also for security and encryption measures and he has guided me through the process and kept me well informed throughout. We had worked with Michael previously for some IT issues we were having and when we needed a brand new bespoke website, we decided to go with him. Michael to the rescue!! Last Wednesday our PC at church died with the message “no hard disc detected”. Obviously, we had a deadline for the following Sunday. I contacted Michael who, though busy, said if I could get the machine to his office, he should be able to look at it before the weekend. I was able to collect the machine back up and running on Friday morning. Working with Michael is a pleasure, he is very professional, he knows his stuff and is very pleasant and reasonably priced. Mike was able to fix my PC and replace the drive carrying out a service at the same time, up and running in 24 hours. This man provides a highly professional and prompt service, he is courteous polite and professional at all times. operating to the highest standards, and provides an awesome service overall.
