I used to be a regular at this shop because of the friendly service, but my recent experience with a new staff member really put me off. He was unprofessional and rude, and it made me feel uncomfortable enough - he even laughed at me on my face- that I don’t plan to come back. I hope management looks into this to make the shop welcoming again
