A great and lovely store as I’ve been coming to this branch for years but today left me quite angry as when I went in for some shopping the security guard proceeded to follow and stalk me around the entire store until when I was looking in the toy section for my son he approached me saying I’m not allowed to test the products unless I was going to buy it and I find this extremely rude and highly discriminatory, I shouldn’t feel like I’m being stalked while I’m trying to do my shopping just because I’m wearing a beanie due to the cold weather

Great range of products all at a quid or less, brilliant quality, picked all these pink products up, not the teapot or canisters lol but excellent value for prices xxxxx

hit or miss with this store. its what you'd expect, but in all fairness its probably worth nipping to b&m or home bargains. some staff are really polite but some can be rude and borderline aggressive

The security guard at one below Rotherham needs to start focusing on catching real thief's instead of following round innocent customers. When i realised he was following me round the store I requested to speak to the manager and asked a male member of staff if i could do so, he was stood chatting with the security guard at the time and was very impolite to me (just because I wanted to put in a report with the manager) However the manager was very polite and couldn't apologize enough. I have always been a regular customer here but this experience has put me off. I'm so upset and disgusted and I will never shop at one below again on principle
