The Panel Company - Rotherham

The customer service we received today from a lady called D, was absolutely amazing. This lady was so patient and helpful. Even went above and beyond by calling the local warehouse to see if they can look for a product we really needed. Even tried to arrange for it to be delivered to us for Monday. When we finally arrived at the warehouse, we was greated by i can only guess was the warehouse manager, who really went out of his way to guide us and even delivered us the items we was struggling to load. Never had service like this. We will definitely be shopping here again.

Another review as of 18/08/2025, I ordered from this company for the second (I made sure it was from the Rotherham Branch) I made another order of panels and there was a slight hiccup regarding batch colours etc, a quick phone call to the lovely Sarah to discuss the issue and all was rectified within a couple of days. Thank you Sarah for helping over the phone and Matt for sticking to his words and getting the right panel sent out. Overall another fantastic experience. I know where I will be coming to again in future for more panels. Review (24/06/2025) So I originally ordered via B&Q marketplace (The Panel Company) until I realised that this company offers delivery directly from them, so I cancelled the B&Q order and ordered directly from The Panel Company to cut out the middle man and make sure The Panel Company got 100% of the payment. Order arrived very quickly and came from the Rotherham branch. What a cracking company, I went out to find the driver as we live in an awkward cul de sac and I found the driver to guide him to my address, very professional and polite chap, I even contacted the office as soon after delivery to make sure my positive experience was shared with him and he got good feedback. I wish I had found The Panel Company earlier! Having struggled to get decent quality panels from other online suppliers, it was great to finally find a panel supplier with great product, helpful customer service and very competitive prices. I will be back and would definitely recommend.

Absolutely great service, particularly from James who handled my queries/issues promptly and he also followed up afterwards to make sure everything was all ok. Highly recommend this company, I will be coming back here again for more panels when it comes to doing our kitchen/diner. The contrasting panels that we ordered look great and we're really pleased with the finished result of our en-suite bathroom.
