Cannot fault the service we received and quick delivery of our new garden furniture. It looks perfect and fits perfectly where we wanted it. The build quality it 5* light but heavy looking and would definitely recommend, its So quick and easy to build up. Even the table which we thought might be a nightmare. really liking the glass on table instand of it being clear that shows every fingerprint this dosent.

Ordered a Lebus corner and four seater sofa back in December and absolutely love them. Unfortunately, 8.5 weeks later on delivery, we found that Homeflair had ordered the corner sofa to face the wrong way. After being told we'd have the replacement "rushed" through as an "urgent" order, we waited a further 8.5 weeks for the correct sofa to come (2.5 weeks later than the "guaranteed" delivery date. It then took a further week to receive our partial refund for the inconvenience. When calling up for updates on numerous occasions, I was frequently told the necessary staff member wasn't in and on one occasion, a male staff member hung up on me. Overall lovely sofas but a massive hassle to get them. Wish I'd gone elsewhere.

Absolutely shocking took over 15 weeks to come, asked them when it would be arriving when advertised delivery date went over said 5 weeks took 7 more weeks! The stopped replying to my emails! Not worth the hassle, wish I used someone else!!

Very happy with our purchase, delivery was spot on and arrived as promised. Mr Khan was kind enough to negotiate on price and was very reasonable. He made sure the product measurements suited our needs and there was no pressure in the sale. I'd highly recommend. I found it more reassuring that we could see the product in person before purchasing, contrary to online retail outlets.

I could not be happier with my experience buying my sofa from Homeflair. I shopped around but could not find the sale sofa at a better price. The staff in store were friendly, they helped me with my purchase without being pushy. The sofa arrived when they said it would and the 2 men that delivered the sofa were respectful and did a great job. I would highly recommend this store/company, and I would most definitely return.
