Great experience buying our new sofa. Stephen was really welcoming, no pressure at all, and super helpful with everything we needed. The sofas were easily the best quality we’d seen. Top-class service, would definitely recommend.

We came in to browse this store after being at Sofology where there was nothing that really appealed to us. This store just felt a step above when you walk in and there were already a good few Sofas that we like before settling in one upstairs that just felt right. Didn’t expect to purchase a sofa today but it seemed we found the right one so went for it. I really liked the fact that the information boards by the couches had all the right info on, like details on the cushions, seating and most importantly, the seating suspension type. Cameron was very helpful, friendly and just let us browse around until we had decided. He explained all about the sofas we were interested in and the buying process was really easy and straightforward. What a pleasure. Highly recommend this store. Many thanks.

They have really great high quality sofas and furniture at very competitive prices! Cameron, our sales assistant, was more than helpful from beginning to end, he went above and beyond to help us understand what we wanted and explaining the sofa construction and delivery process. Would definitely recommend, overall, a very friendly and smooth experience!

We were doing some Sofa shopping for our new flat and had no idea where to even start, we came to parkgate as there were multiple sofa shops in the area for us to choose from but Nick Scali was by far the best, it wasn’t overcrowded with sofas, it was simply showcasing some amazing furniture. After going in all other stores we were set on the designs by Nick Scali and went and ordered the sofa. With it being a new to the UK company we were a bit apprehensive but any questions I had on the day of buying they were able to answer which was reassuring. The 3 month delivery time was not a problem for us and it has been delivered today 21/08 (ordered 26/05), sooner than expected which is great. We have been contacted throughout the waiting process with an update multiple times so it couldn’t have been a better experience. As a first time sofa buyer I would recommend buying from Nick Scali.
