I ordered a corner sofa for my new home from sofa store direct and had a great experience. The guy in the store was helpful with choosing the right sofa and the added bonus was that they were willing to save my sofa for me until my move in date a few weeks later. The delivery was well handled, great communication and the guys who delivered it were friendly and helpful. Great service!

Everyone involved with the purchase & delivery of our new sofa were fantastic. Lovely chat inside the store. So easy to order the settee. No fuss, no faff. A call to let us know it was ready for delivery. Delivery was quick, conscientious, guys were mindful of the carpets, shoes off, sofa put together & packaging removed. Will definitely use them again.

Drove 100 miles to come to this shop. Fantastic Value for Money and also great service. No pressure to buy which was a refreshing change. Delivery was great and the guys put tge sofa together for us. Nothing was to much trouble.... Absolute 5 ☆ service.

I needed a new sofa as the one I had was worn out as it was around twenty years old but I had kept it as it was manufactured by Natuzzi so I was reluctant to throw it away. I went to my local Sofa Store Direct in Rotherham to see if I could find a suitable replacement, the gentleman who greeted me was very helpful and I believe he was called Ken. He answered all my questions and I asked if he could get me a particular sofa down from one of the higher display shelves which he did with some help from his colleague. This turned out to be the sofa which I purchased on the day and it was delivered the week after by two gentleman who were excellent and very respectful. I also had a good conversation with Ken at the store and the two gentleman who delivered the sofa. To summarise I highly recommend this company and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase a sofa from them again. Thank you for the excellent service.

I visited Sofa Store and was assisted by Joseph. I went on a Monday and had the sofa delivered 2 days later! Joseph was extremely helpful as were the 2 delivery men who deliver my sofa. I was delighted with the price I paid (£799) should have been £1745 at Furniture Village. I came across Sofa Store Direct by accident, as I was looking at the main sofa companies for my new sofa, but I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Sofa Store Direct again in the future. I 100% recommended Joseph and Sofa Store Direct.
