Thank you for your help !!! I was struggling with an electronic visa form and Skye in the Rotherham branch saved the day . Really knowledgable and tech savvy and I ended up buying photographs that were on my camera roll Very professional service A credit to the company

I called to ask about 300Dpi scanning and the lady i spoke to was absolutely awful. All she needed to do was google search the scanners in store and it tells you if they do a 300 dpi scan or not (I had to suggest this to her). But instead of her for this info, without warning she began to read a fairly long scanner name including alphanumerics at a very quick pace. Not once did she slow down or ask if i'm ready to note down the model name. I had to ask her THREE TIMES to repeat as she just spoke far too quickly for any human to keep up! There was no language barrier either as i'm a proficient individual in english born and raised in England, not that it would benefit her in this scenario. This lady was very unprofessional, impatient, didn't take authority and has ruined my mood to ever purchase services from this business again. i will NOT recommend this business to anyone, you are better off going elsewhere, poor service and a lack of empathy from people like this lady just show what values this company hold with employees like her. I called on Friday 15th April at 13:16pm for 1minute and 30seconds for the record.

It has some lovely little gifts, however the frames and standard picture printing is quite expensive and you don't get any discounts if printing it bulk, I recommend printing online at somewhere like free prints and paying the postage, and getting the same frames from bnm for less than half of what max spielman are charging.

A company that never gives up. Great service of old development and new digital picture processing. They also have some great ideas of what to do with your photos as in putting them on teddies or pillows or cups or any number of things really. Great service store just looked a little dated that's all. 1 minute walk out of bus station opposite macdonalds.
