The lining isn't glued properly at both lock/buckle areas. The briefcase just arrived 3 weeks after I placed the order. After the purchase was made, a separate fee of €34 was requested by their shipping company before they would deliver the parcel due custom charges. In contrast, Amazon or other providers include the custom charges in the total shipping charges and don't take as long to deliver. Briefcase was €102.33, they then charged €28.30 for shipping. It ended up costing €164. It seems sturdy and structurally of good build. Yet, as shown in the zoomed-in images, the attention to detail when they glued the lining seems poor and will not last as long as I expected for the money.

Order a leather provincial case as a birthday gift. When it came it was really poor quality. I requested a return lable which they said they would send. They did not provide the lable and ignored my further attempts to contact them. As a result I returned the item via tracked royal mail postage within the return time frame, in its original condition and packaging. They refused the delivery of the return, which we have not yet recived back from royal mail. They have made it impossible to return the item for a refund. Awful customer service. I will avoid in the future and use other places which sell similar items.

I recently used Regalia Store as I was going in the chair and I needed a WM apron. I found the apron to be of very good quality, with the optional rear pouch, well priced, and most importantly, very fast delivery. I have now saved them, for future purchases

Ordered provincial badges and collar jewel on a Sunday evening, expecting it to take weeks, received on the Wednesday morning. Great products and they were easy to order. I will certainly recommend based on my overall experience. Thanks, an excellent service.

Only one star as they did deliver on time. Need to change a ring for the next size up but no response to numerous phone messages left and emails. Seems to me they take your money and run. I'm really disappointed as I spent quite a lot of money with them. Don't buy from this company. As an update, when they did eventually get in touch they said send it back and they would change it for a size up which I did. Eventually they then got in touch and said they had sent it to a jewellers to be altered and I needed to pay £15 for the work. They then sent me an email saying the ring was on the way and to pay now. The ring arrived about an hour later and had had absolutely nothing done to it. So glad I didn't pay them. Now going to report them to trading standards. Whatever you do stay well clear of this company.
