Brilliant shop, website and customer service. Bought some fantastic Dungerees. Large shop, alternative quirky clothing and accessories. Absolutely loved it. For young and old people alike. My Mum is 74!

Absolutely disgusted. Bought a funko pop from them on the 4.12.24, returned today (12.12.24) and was told no refunds, was never told this and doesn't display it anywhere in store. When checking the website, it says they do refunds within a 14 day period (obviously had only been 8 days since purchase so more than enough time) and was told all I could do was exchange for something else adding up to £8. The stupid choice of putting a sticky price tag on a collectable item damaged said item, and it also says on the website that they accept damaged goods on refunds. Took advantage of me, an anxiety ridden teenager, thinking their mom wasn't listening. Will not be coming back to a place that thinks its okay to mess around with children to gain money.

Received an item I returned to them 10 days ago but still not received a refund. E mailed them but no reply. Avoid. Will use Minimum Mouse instead in future

My husband ordered a Alice in wonderland purse for my birthday. He wrapped the box it came in without opening it and low and behold on my day of birth, not only was this amazing purse but the birthday fairy had managed to sneak some tasty (American I think) sweets inside. It was such a lovely touch, I wasn't expecting it but I think this is such a lovely gesture so "Thank You". More businesses should have this attitude, just brilliant. No photos of the sweets I'm afraid because I gobbled them up.
