Rotherhams BEST Off Licence

Most of the staff here are so nice, apart from one guy who spends all his time watching YouTube videos and barely acknowledges people. But the owner and the other man who works there are super nice.

My usual off-licence stopped selling my favourite super-strength lager which I drink at home every weekend evenings. I decided to look on Google to find another local shop which sells my favourite beer at a reasonable price. I gave this shop a polite phone call due to the positive reviews and close proximity to my home. I asked the owner If he sold Kestrel or Skol super strength. He told me he was out of Kestrel but had the Skol. He then asked who I was. I told him I was a potential regular customer and explained the reason for my call. He seemed confused. I asked his price for a four-pack. He started laughing, then asked why I'd called (despite my explanation). I explained again, saying I would be a regular customer If his price was reasonable (and would buy my tobacco and other things, too). He asked how I'd got his number, I said on Google reviews. He laughed again, seemingly thinking It was some kind of Joke. I said "Okay, you don't want my custom, bye". The 5-star reviews on here are all probably fake - (most likely his friends and relatives) - as everyone will know, nobody gives a top 5-star rating without explaining why, like all these have failed to do. This guy needs to do a business management course and learn to treat customers with respect. Actually, I'm surprised he has any custom at all. "Rotherham's best off-licence". Really?
