WARNING I BOUGHT A ROLEX FOR MY WIFE ! Ramsdens manager at Rotherham told me the watches are not tested so will let water in !!!!!!!! What’s point in getting a Rolex from Ramsdens I’m £4,000.00 down they wouldn’t help me at all !!!!! Go to a reputable dealer or go on line to watchfinder they are tested and guaranteed ! Bought lots from them I will never shop with them again please be careful they are out to scam you with an inferior product same chance on eBay but they are £2,000.00 less scam scam scam !!!!!!!

Served by Ann. Ann was such a lovely person to talk to and she was helpful and assisted me well. Staff are friendly, approachable and kept me informed of other services they provide for future references. I would definitely go there again.
