I had a issue with my iPad as it wasn't charging, and my son has been crying about it for some time now, so i took it to phone world in well gate to find the problem, within 1 hour they found the problem and replaced my battery, with a warranty. Ive not had a issue with it since, top quality customer service. I Would recommend…

A few days ago I had broken my screen and damaged the LCD on my iPhone 12 I took it to the shop and they fitted me a new screen within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Phone world great customer service and nice friendly staff.

Brilliant service, highly recommended. Really genuine and nice staff. I Had a smashed Samsung S22 Ultra and they had it for less than 4 hours before returning it in pristine condition.

Gem of a small business. Had board issues with son’s iPad which no other shops could fix or even take the time in diagnosing whereas phone world took on the job and resolved all issues within a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Will be using them in the future definitely.

Few months ago I went to this phone shop with my iPhone 8 that had an issue then before you know it he told me tht it’s got two issue so I had to pay almost £120-130 he fixed and when I took it home it kept switching on and off so I took it back (bare in mind I had already paid him) he said he would look at it again and fix the issue, it took about 1 week and I think then he realised tht the phone was dead and obviously he didn’t want to give me my money back so when I picked he LIED to me and told me it was fixed and tht I should sell it. These times I had already bought another phone from him which cost £140 because he was taking forever to fix my phone. I took my broken dead phone to two different phone shops and they confirmed tht it wasn’t fixable and they never charged me because they couldn’t fix it. This guy scammed me £120 I don’t know if it’s because I am a woman but I never knew tht if they fail to fix a phone you don’t pay. I never took my dead phone back to him because I was sick of going in to that shop. He definitely took advantage of me because I’m a female and don’t know anything about phones. Avoid this phone shop :)
