Visited Rotherham United's club shop while over in the UK on holiday. I'm an American who loves to try & visit as many football grounds as possible while over. My experience visiting RUFC's shop was A+! Christine was beyond helpful with getting my Harry Gray custom printed shirt made, helping me make sure the size, printing and details were just right. Grace was also beyond helpful with my shopping experience, helping me finally find the much coveted EFL Panini stickers that seemed to be out of stock at every store I'd visited until that point. On top of that, another staffer named Millie was kind enough to take time after her shift had ended to show me inside the ground to have a look around and take a few photos! By far one of the best club shop experiences I've had while visiting a football ground. They all made me feel extremely welcomed and went out of their way to chat with me and wish me all the best on my holiday travels. 10/10 recommend for any football supporters visiting from near or far away. They all made the long train journey over from Manchester well worth it! Will definitely be planning to make a match the next time I'm over!
