The place was absolutely freezing in general... Had to eat in our coats. Food came out cold after a very long wait. Toast was forgotten then brought out without butter even though the server was going to get some it never arrived. Was offered sauces which also never arrived. Staff seemed more interested in doing anything other than serving customers so was hard to get anyone's attention.

Staff was nice. A good variety of food. I gave 4 stars as there were a few problems with food. Bananas went entirely black the day after I bought them. Avacardos made my nose bleed, I bought chinese char su pork belly and it wasn't chinese flavouring instead tasted like canadian or mexican sause. The store itself is clean and well maintained and ill probably shop here alot more

Great food, just one problem waiting every time we come for about 30-40 minutes just for 2 meals usually sausages and a burger ? Also we ordered chips and a burger meal but the seperate portion of chips were missing and they said we didn’t order them

The lady on the till in the cafe could have been more friendly. I am visually impaired. My first visit to the cafe. Very rude when I politely requested a cup for my coffee. It's wrong to assume I should know the layout and how the cafe operates.

Unfortunately, the experience at Morrisons Cafe was far from ideal. Every available table was piled high with dishes left behind by previous customers, making it hard to find a clean place to sit. Staff seemed more than willing to bring out food orders, yet they ignored the dirty dishes cluttering the tables, leaving customers to fend for themselves. We had to clear and wipe down our own table with napkins just to make it usable. The ordering touch screen was just as unappealing—covered in smudges and fingerprints. A quick wipe down could easily fix this, but it was overlooked. It’s disappointing because the food itself was fantastic and definitely worthy of a five-star rating. If only the cleanliness matched the quality of the food. Take pride in your place of work!
