If Hell Had a Lobby in Rotherham, This Would Be It I can’t decide what was worse: the smell of damp mixed with stale kebab, or noises coming through walls as thin as paper. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years – the curtains were dirtier than a bus station floor, and the carpet had stains that even a jackhammer couldn’t remove. The bathroom had mould as a permanent feature, and water pressure here is a rare luxury, not a right. Desk so sticky that I spilled my water when I tried to raise the glass. Staff? If you ever see them, they look like they’re doing you a favour by letting you exist. Breakfast? Doesn’t exist, but even if it did, I wouldn’t dare eat it. The entire building smells like an old, sealed-off basement, and you won’t get any sleep at night with the constant noises and shady characters visiting this so called hotel. If you’re looking for a place to lose faith in humanity and comfort, congratulations, you’ve found the perfect spot. But if you care about cleanliness, sleep, and basic safety, you’d be better off sleeping on a park bench – it’ll be cheaper, quieter, and cleaner.

We had an overnight stay after going to download festival. (14th-15th June 2024) Staff were very polite and helpful. Would've given it more stars if the shower was more powerful. But overall a clean comfortable nights sleep. With a self-service tea & coffee making facilities in the room aswell. 👍Thanks again for having us.!!

Definitely a budget Hotel. Clean but unloved WiFi only in main hotel not the anex no bar or food facilities though available close by. A base to work from in a central location.
