BATA Country Store Ruswarp

Knowledgeable friendly staff and usually no problem with large selection of stock. The upstairs clothing dept seems a bit underused it should attract far more people needing practical warm dry work and country clothing at reasonable prices. Note anyone can use the store it has a good selection of pet food and DIY items almost anyone could find handy and usually adequate parking right outside.

Went to choose some gates from BATA in Ruswarp and the service was fantastic. Rachel spent time explaining all the details needed to choose the right product for our needs and this stopped us going elsewhere. Well done Rachel you are a credit to BATA.

Great customer service slight hiccup with the order but it was resolved in no time at all. The customer service was first class, the products were of good quality and the delivery driver went above and beyond what is expected to deliver a first class service.
