Andrew provided us with his prompt, calm professionalism from the outset. He was clear with communicating what needed to be done to arrange the funeral we wanted for mum, but with care and consideration of all family members. I would definitely recommend Andrew Ellershaw’s Independent Funeral Services over a corporate funeral service knowing that you are in capable, experienced hands.
After my husband died I didnt know what to do but from the moment I phoned Andrew I knew I had made the right choice. He guided me through such a difficult time with kindness and warmth and nothing was too much trouble. He is genuinely the nicest person i have ever met. I would recommend him 1000% to anyone. Andrew helped so much when my sister only 65 passed away - she wanted a direct cremation and he was absolutely brilliant in arranging everything He told us the day and time so we could take the time to play her choice of music and have a quiet moment remembering what a beautiful little sister she was The comfort that Andrew showed to us was amazing - I would definitely recommend this very personal Funeral Directors 💔💔💔🥰
What can I say my mum passed away and Arthur Baxter of Bingley gave her the most respectful goodbye they showed respect and gave her the most dignified funeral they held my hand all the way running up to the day thinking of things I wouldn't off every little detail it's like in a way they new my mum and me and I can't thank them enough ���️
Andrew, On behalf of my family I wanted to thank you for all your help and support in arranging my Father’s (Howard England) funeral. Every step of the way was deal with in a kind, empathetic and professional manner and nothing was too much trouble. We were calmly guided through the planning and regular contact was made.
